Jason Waggoner is the editor-in-chief of Heaven Sent Gaming. He is also responsible for the co-creation of a couple of HSG’s publications, and the fictional universe that ties it together.
Born on April 1, 1987, he grew up in Laurel, Mississippi, as an only child. He was raised by his mother, Patricia Waggoner, and his grandmother. He was raised Southern Baptist, and attended public school throughout his elementary, middle, and high school years, where he became an atheist. He initially attended Jones County Junior College in Mississippi, and then transferred to Collins College in Tempe, Arizona. There he met Mario J. Lucero and Isabel Ruiz Lucero, of Heaven Sent Gaming, in a game design team called Our Own Little Coup. After college he moved back to Laurel, but eventually moved to Albuquerque and rejoined Heaven Sent Gaming.
He is now an author, journalist, and web personality.
